Google Magazines

When Google announced they were adding complete, searchable magazines to their ‘Google Books’ offerings, I was excited (although I remain annoyed that there is no list of what magazines they have added). The reason I was excited was because I love old advertisements.

So I blindly stumbled into the first magazine I saw: Ebony magazine, from 1984. I was not disappointed – The ‘Fanni-Bra’ and ‘Sta-Sof-Fro’ are hilarious.

Apologies for the dodgy image quality.

I’m still exploring. If you get a chance, I highly recommend it.
